Mr. Gunderson is a nationally recognized authority in the areas of emerging growth companies and venture capital. Mr. Gunderson is one of the leading authorities on the formation and financing of emerging growth companies. Mr. Gunderson is a director of Theravance, Inc. (THRX), a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, as well as a number of privately held companies. Mr. Gunderson holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago where he was Executive Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review. Mr. Gunderson also received an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. from Stanford University.
